Welcome to EzEditor AI! By accessing our website at https://ezeditor.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

1. Description of Service and Usage License

EzEditor AI provides online AI photo editing tools, including but not limited to **AI Image Upscaler, Background Remover, Watermark Remover, and Object Eraser**. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these services for personal or commercial photo editing purposes, strictly subject to these Terms.

2. Prohibited Conduct and Content Restrictions

You agree strictly **NOT** to use EzEditor AI services to generate or upload any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

  • Child Exploitation: Creating or uploading content that depicts child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We maintain a zero-tolerance policy and report all such content to relevant authorities immediately.
  • NSFW and Adult Content: Generating, uploading, or processing any sexually explicit, pornographic, adult, or "Not Safe For Work" (NSFW) content is strictly and unconditionally prohibited.
  • Harmful or Non-Consensual Content: Generating deepfakes, harassment, or libelous content targeting any individual.
  • Intellectual Property Infringement: Uploading or manipulating content that infringes upon the copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party.
  • System Abuse: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or hack our AI models, APIs, or website infrastructure, or overloading our servers.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Your Content Ownership: You retain all ownership rights and are responsible for the images you upload and the resulting content generated using our tools. **EzEditor AI claims no copyright or license over your creations**, except the limited right to process them to provide the service.
  • Our Platform Property: The EzEditor AI website, logo, underlying code, and AI algorithms are the exclusive property of EzEditor AI and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle").

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable. We encourage you to use our free tools to test the quality before upgrading.
  • Creem as Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem.io. Creem.io is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an **"AS IS"** and **"AS AVAILABLE"** basis. EzEditor AI makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or quality of the AI-generated results. AI processing is probabilistic; results may vary, may contain errors, and may not always be perfect. We expressly disclaim all implied warranties.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall EzEditor AI, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits or data) arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EzEditor AI from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, particularly regarding the content you upload and its use.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong or Singapore (as applicable to international digital services), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
